Founded by Sadie Hopson, a published academic scholar, auditor, speaker, trainer and consultant, the company has worked with organisations large and small for nearly ten years to develop wellbeing strategies and interventions based on best practice.The team pride themselves on their consultative approach to developing and implementing advanced interventions and bespoke solutions to meet organisational needs, whether this be the full implementation of a three stage primary, secondary and tertiary intervention and Psychosocial Risk Management policy or more focused on Training Needs Analysis, Design and Delivery.

Sadie is a BA Communications graduate and has extensively studied training needs analysis and design and theories of communication within groups and organisations. She holds a diploma in Mental Health Awareness and a diploma with distinction from the Fellowship of Associated Stress Consultants. She has recently been awarded an MSc with Distinction in Workplace Health and Wellbeing at the globally recognised University of Nottingham. Specific areas of study include the phenomenon of presenteeism, the effectiveness of interventions for tackling stress in the workplace, the impact of digital burnout and the emerging risk of increased physical inactivity across the working population. Sadie is a Professional Member of the International Stress Management Association, a member of the Society of Occupational Medicine and is widely recognised in the industry as being a leader in her field. She has written for a number of trade journals and publications, including Personnel Today, Safety and Health Practitioner (SHP), Occupational Health, Training Journal, Business Leader, Ergonoma Journal and Stress News. She has appeared on national BBC One television, BBC Radio and Talk Radio providing expert advice on subjects relating to her field. Sadie is also a national champion for the mental health ‘Time to Change’ campaign and has worked extensively to support individuals with mental health problems and end mental health discrimination in the community. Voluntary work includes the development of campaigns and seminars at local colleges to help support youth mental health and recognise the challenges faced by the younger generation.
