For many people January signals the start of new things. It’s the ideal time to start a new project or to finally tick off your New Year’s resolutions. But January can also be a very tough month for most, it’s cold, dark and dreary, not forgetting the credit card bills that have been racked up from the holidays.
This week I was offered the fantastic opportunity of appearing live on BBC News for an interview about digital dependence and mental health.
On November 8th 2018 we had our Minds Matter: Managing Mental Health at Work training day held in partnership with Reed during International Stress Awareness Week
Wednesday 10th October 2018 was World Mental Health Day, this year’s theme focused on young adults and mental health in a changing world. We had the pleasure of delivering a mental health awareness seminar to the students at South Essex College at the Southend Campus.
So, after an exceptionally busy week working on various projects for World Mental Health Day, it is now time to reflect on what has been a powerful week in the world of workplace wellbeing.
