On November 8th 2018 we had our Minds Matter: Managing Mental Health at Work training day held in partnership with Reed during International Stress Awareness Week
Wednesday 10th October 2018 was World Mental Health Day, this year’s theme focused on young adults and mental health in a changing world. We had the pleasure of delivering a mental health awareness seminar to the students at South Essex College at the Southend Campus.
So, after an exceptionally busy week working on various projects for World Mental Health Day, it is now time to reflect on what has been a powerful week in the world of workplace wellbeing.
So World Mental Health Day 2018 is just a few days away and looking back on WMHD 2017, it is remarkable how far we have come in a year and how much progress has been made in the field of mental health, particularly within the workplace.
On September 11th – 12th we attended DigiFest at Anglia Ruskin University, Sadie Hopson, Managing Director of We Work Well, was a keynote speaker for the event and delivered a presentation to the staff at the University about tackling work related stress and remaining resilient in a digitally connected world at the Chelmsford and Cambridge campuses.
