Prepare and Protect – Be Proactive in Helping Staff to Develop Psychological Immunity

March 15, 2020

Unprecedented health and business challenges are being faced and with changes on a daily basis, many people are experiencing significant turmoil at the uncertainty ahead. Whilst everyone tries to adapt to the situation and remain mindful of the necessary preventive measures to be implemented, it is indisputable that societal stress levels are high and that the outbreak poses a very real risk to the physical AND mental wellbeing of our communities, particularly given the media sensationalism, moral panic and waves of alarm become amplified across social media.

More than ever staff need to be supported with strategies for managing their mental health so that they can remain psychologically fit during this turbulent time so that their health and productivity isn't compromised.

We are working with employers of all sizes to help them support their staff and practically adapt to their changing reality.

In order to help a wider audience, we have developed an online training course specifically to help staff practically and psychologically cope during the outbreak and prevent pandemic panic, helping them to develop psychological immunity. This course is provided free of charge as an accessible solution for employers looking to be proactive in their approach.

If you are interested in this free training, PLEASE CLICK HERE and use password WeWorkWell for access. If you would like the course to be co-branded/customised or would like the SCORM file to host on your own LMS, please contact me on [email protected]

We are also launching further free courses during this time so please let me know if you would like to be notified when these are live.

Thank you
