Coping During COVID-19 and Beyond

April 17, 2020

We will be running a series of vlogs exploring ways that people can cope during COVID-19 and beyond. In this video, founder of We Work Well Sadie Hopson chats to Liz Rotherham, author, speaker and MHFA trainer.

Liz is a remarkable woman on a mission. In 2003 she was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder and her experiences through her life have led to an overwhelming desire to help others and now Liz works hard to raise awareness and make a difference. She was a finalist for the Daily Mail Inspirational Women of the Year and last year released her first book to raise money for charity.

In this video we chat about how Liz is coping during the pandemic and chat through some tips and practical strategies that people could use to manage their wellbeing during this challenging time.
