The training specifically looks at the way different people process trauma. In the year of 2020, some have faced grief and have lost loved ones. Others may have been alone in lockdown, isolated and anxious. Some may have adapted to being furloughed others may have deeply struggled with the unknown and lack of purpose. And whilst there is no right or wrong way to feel, it is important to have the right strategies to cope with what is being faced. Awareness and acknowledgment of your state of mind and concerns is critical in helping you to connect with your inner truth, avoid suppressing your thoughts and discover healthy ways to cope.
